I am writing to recommend highly two real estate agents who just sold my house on the 2000 block of Baltimore Street on a contract signed after only 11 days on the market. They are Megan Richardson and Wendy LaGrant of Remax. They also sold my neighbor's house across the street this spring on a contract signed after only 2 days on the market.

They worked very hard helping me to get the house ready for sale. They did a great job marketing the house and contacting prospective buyers. Finally, after the buyers posed certain challenges in bring the contract to closing, they did an excellent job negotiating and working to resolve these issues.

I had expected that a seller's agent just listed a house on MLS, held an open house or two and printed up flyers. These two did much more. They used their contacts to assess the best way to present the house, fix what needed to be fixed at reasonable prices and determine the asking price in light of my preferences. Additionally, they provided just the right level of communication to keep me informed.
