Our History
Alex Karavasilis and Leslie H. Rock, Broker/Owners of RE/MAX Advantage Realty began with just a handful of agents in 1992, and have consistently doubled the size of the organization every year to a professional and dedicated sales force of 274 associates to date. In the fall of 2004, Re/Max First, located in Silver Spring Md., owned by John Wuestman, merged its 50 associate office with the existing offices of Re/Max Advantage bringing the total number of offices serving the greater Baltimore/Washington area to 5. Each of the office environments are progressive, efficient, organized and customer oriented. The quality standards and services extend further with a coordinated emphasis on referral business, relocations, specialization's and marketing standards that exceed the industry norm to provide "Above the Crowd" performance to clients, customers and associates.
